Heading home over the Hambleton Hills we stopped to take shots of the Sun setting over the North Yorkshire countryside. Glancing up, and to the right, along the road we were taking, the sky was aglow, reflecting the Sun’s last rays towards us, through the lens and onto the Foveon sensor. Click!

I guess this is a classic and much repeated image – winding road, the glow of the sky – but who cares; each in itself is unique and capturing unique moments of light is what photography is about.
